This report is mainly a visual inspection that identifies and highlights any past or current structural pest infestation or damage found within the property.
This report documents approved structures on the property. Any additions or changes that are not approved are then evident and subsequent approvals that maybe required are then highlighted. This is achieved by requesting the archived documents for this property from A.C.T. Planning and Land (ACTPLA). These documents includes a Building File Index, Survey Certificate, Drainage Plan, Certificates of Occupancy and the corresponding approved plans.
